Graduates and community members must register their guest(s) within their own registration.Note that you may not have access to all events some of them being restricted to specific community stakeholder groups. Yes, you can benefit 10% from an early bird fee on each event if you register and validate your payment before before September 15th (midnight CET).

However, we recommend all the respective stakeholders (Executive Board, Alumni Association Board and Local Committees, Communication Directors, Programme Managers, LBCG and MCB Committees) to stay at the Solo Sokos Palace Bridge Hotel where the majority of the governance meetings will take place. For the members of the Student Board, Graduates and their guests we recommend to stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Pribaltyiskaya Hotel where the Graduation Dinner and Party will take place. Special rate are already negotiated for the nights of Nov 26 and 29th.

Seats and participation to events are definitely booked only after the registration has been paid. Because of the limited number of seats, we encourage you to register and pay as soon as possible.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before Monday November 2nd, 2015 (midnight CET). Minus a handling fee of €12. After this date no refund is possible. In case of no-show, no refund is possible.
Graduates have to be dressed in DARK colours, elegant dress code
For other attendees, there is no formal dress code. However, you are advised to wear what suits to the event you are going to. For example:
– For business meetings such as the Annual meeting, the Annual Dinner, panel discussions, meeting with corporate partner, a business attire is advised;
– For the Graduation festivities the dress code is elegant
Official graduation clothing for the ceremony will be provided by the Graduate School of Management.
The GSOM has decided to keep the graduation ceremony in style without graduation gowns, instead a scarf will be provided. Thus respecting the dark colours dress code is important.

Yes, changes can be made until registration closes. Please note that the organisation does not get involved with exchanging of tickets, and that the names of those attending the events will be checked according to the registration database. Therefore, the person attending the event must be the same one that appears on the register.
Everyone in the CEMS Community can attend the CEMS Annual Events. Meetings: Several governance meetings are opened only to respective stakeholders (Executive Board, Alumni Association Board and Local Committees, Communication Directors, Programme Managers, LBCG and MCB Committees, Student Board). Graduation Ceremony: The Graduation Ceremony is on a first registered, first seated basis to graduates and their guests and the Academic Community. All other social events, parties and the Sunday Brunch are open to all Community members.
Since we have a limited number of seats in the location where the Graduation Ceremony will take place, Graduates and official guests must have priority. If there are seats available at the end of the registration period students may be able to enter the graduation ceremony. They can of course join the ceremony as an official guest, registered in the system, and the Graduation party.
Bring your confirmation e-mail which states that you have paid for the dinner and/or party and any further e-mails from the organisation regarding changes.
Every graduands can bring up to 2 guests.
Our experience has shown that many students sign up for graduation activities and decide finally not to come. This creates problems for the organisation but especially it blocks places for those graduands who would genuinely like to attend. If you can not validate your registration before deadline of 20 days, and your registration is cancelled, you can come back at any time up to the registration deadline.
